Our nursery opens each Sunday morning at 10:15am and remains open through the 10:30am Eucharist service. It is located on the lower level of our main church building. The nursery is attended by church volunteers and serves infants-4 year olds.
Sunday school classes meet each Sunday from 9:30am to 10:15am during the traditional school year – September through May.
Children who are aged 3-6 meet for “Godly Play” in the lower level of the Parish House. The Godly Play approach helps them to explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience though wonder and play. Based on Montessori principles and developed using a spiral curriculum. Studying this way allows the children to delve deeply into the Bible to expand on stories or lessons. This class meets in the lower level of the Parish House.
Children in 3rd-7th grades meet in the lower level of the Parish House and use a variety of curriculums which focus on stories from the Old and New Testaments, exploring the lives of people who were called by God, and discovering saints throughout the years.
8th-12th graders are invited to join Coffee Club in the lower level of the Parish House.
There are two youth groups at St. Paul’s: Middle School EYC and High School EYC. The middle school group is open to youth in grades 6 through 8. The high school group is open to youth in grades 9 through 12. Youth group is scheduled on varying Sundays during the month with Middle School EYC meeting from 5:00-6:30pm and High School EYC from 6:00-7:30pm. A meal is provided at 6:00pm and the two groups fellowship together during meal time. Topics are generally based on youth interests and include both Biblical topics and current events.
